From I-81
From I-81 take Exit 220 to Route 262 West. Exit at Route 252 North, Middlebrook Avenue. Turn right and travel 1/4 mile. The Ashton House is on the left. Look for the stucco wall.
From Richmond and East
Take I-64 to I-81 South to exit 220 and follow directions above.
From Roanoke and South
Take I-81 North to exit 220 and follow above.
From Washington DC
Take I-66 West to I-81 South and follow above.
Amtrak trains depart Washington DC (Union Station – WAS) and arrive in Staunton (STA) on Fridays and make a return trip on Sundays, all for as low as $31 each way. We will be happy to supply you transportation to and from the station, just let us know when you’ll be arriving.
